Knife Crime Operation

Dear Shadwell  residents,

Neighbourhood Officers are conducting a weapons-sweep operation in the Cable Street E1 area, targeting the use of abandoned vehicles by gangs to store weapons. Officers will be attending various estates across Shadwell, Whitechapel and Wapping, carrying out thorough searches of communal gardens, garages and other vulnerable locations where weapons may be concealed. The operation aims to disrupt criminal activity, recover weapons and enhance community safety.
